Contracts:
Our contract covers our 2 year genetic health guarantee, our 72 hour full
health guarentee, puppy registration information, puppy pack information, and
purchaser responsibilities. Our Contract is available upon request and must be
signed and returned to us prior to your taking possession of the puppy. Buyers
Deposit will stand as agreement to the terms and signature on our purchase

Deposits/Payments:
We require a deposit to "hold" one of our puppies
until they reach the age of 8
weeks. Deposits are on a "first come, first serve basis". You can
make your deposit using PAYPAL (cash or credit) over the
internet. If you choose to mail it via USPS, we will not "hold" a
puppy until deposit is received. We accept holding deposits in the form of
cash, cashiers check, money order, or credit card (via Paypal.com).
Deposits are non-refundable. Sorry No Personal Checks.
Payment is due on our puppies in full 7-10 days prior to the puppy
reaching 8 weeks of age. All puppies must be paid for prior to 8 weeks
of age, or other arrangements agreed to by both buyer/Seller or puppy will be
offered up for sale.
Pick
up/Delivery: We
are willing to consider driving a portion of the way for delivery/pickup.
Contact us for more information. We do require that the puppy is paid for in
full prior to traveling with them. If you place a deposit on a puppy, please
be aware, pick up/delivery will be between 8-10 weeks unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping:
Any puppy being shipped is required to be paid for in full along with all
associated costs within 10 days prior to requested shipping date.
Contact us for an estimate if you need shipping service. Puppies are not
allowed to be shipped prior to 8 weeks of age due to airline policies. Health
certifications are also required to be performed within 10 days of shipping
date.
